PromoServe Link is a unique XML generation and auto-import utility developed to help promotional products Suppliers and Distributors trade electronically.

It is supplied FREE OF CHARGE as part of PromoServe Lite, Pro and Works, and can also be used to interface with
other ERP systems for suppliers not currently using PromoServe.

It enables you to:

1. Send Orders electronically to other PromoServe users
2. Receive Orders electronically from other PromoServe users
3. Receive the latest Supplier and Product Updates electronically
4. Send Product information to the Trade Only Supplier Portal or other
5. PromoServe users (reduced cost for Trade Only site)
6. Send electronic Sales Invoices to Customers
7. Receive/import electronic Purchase Invoices from Suppliers

Key Functions

Gives you an option to generate an XML file when you raise a Purchase Order

• When a Purchase Order has been raised from a customer Sales Order it is capable of sending the artwork detailsat the same timeXML Purchase Order is automatically sent to a Supplier’s ftp site and a confirmation message is generated.
• A Confirmation Order can also be emailed at the same timeAn XML Order received on an ftp site can be automatically transferred to an import area
• If using PromoServe you will be notified and the order can be auto imported into your Sales Order database
• Non Promoserve suppliers can also use PromoServe Link to generate a suitable file for import into other ERP systems
• Suppliers can use the Auto Catalogue creation tool to send product details to Trade Only Portal and / or their
• customers as the routine generates an XML data packet with all details including images
• Supplier data packets received can be auto imported by Distributors using PromoServe
• Electronic Sales Invoices can be created in different formats
